Linda creates these large scale pieces by erasing into charcoal covered paper, noticing textures and forms as they appear and allowing them to become these images. They are the culminating work of her study of caves. The imagery is "real" (from her own photography), imagined and some combinations of both.
The average size drawing is 36" x 42". These works are available for exhibition.
These drawings of life-forms are created in the same reductive method of erasing into charcoal. They are also real, imagined and some combinations thereof. They are large-scale pieces available for exhibition.
